We use an individualized approach to treatment based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. 

How Do the Sessions Work?

Sessions are 60 minutes each.  The initial session will include gathering a detailed history and working together to clarify individual goals of treatment as well as a plan for moving forward. We offer weekend and evening appointments for your convenience! 

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and flex spending accounts.  We also accept cash or payment via PayPal or Venmo.  

Insurance

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, a receipt for each session will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider if needed.  Please check with your insurance provider for details regarding out-of-network benefits.
